Bon Jovi Announces 2026 Forever Tour Dates

After a four-year hiatus, legendary rock band Bon Jovi is returning to the stage with their “Forever Tour” in summer 2026. The tour marks the band’s first series of live performances since frontman Jon Bon Jovi underwent vocal cord surgery in 2022, followed by intensive rehabilitation documented in the 2024 Hulu series “Thank You, Goodnight: The Bon Jovi Story.”

A Triumphant Return

The Forever Tour represents more than just a comeback—it’s a celebration of resilience, perseverance, and the enduring bond between Bon Jovi and their fans. Jon Bon Jovi himself expressed profound gratitude for the opportunity to return to performing, stating: “There is a lot of joy in this announcement — joy that we can share these nights together with our amazing fans and joy that the band can be together. I am lucky enough to be able to hold a light out to the audience each night and stand in their reflection for a tremendous collective experience — I get to stand in the WE of our concerts.”

He continued, “I’ve spoken extensively on my gratitude, but I will say it again, I’m deeply grateful that the fans and the brotherhood of this band have been patient and allowed me the time needed to get healthy and prepare for touring. I’m ready and excited!”

A Journey of Recovery

Jon Bon Jovi’s road back to touring has been long and challenging. After experiencing vocal issues that required surgery in 2022, the Rock and Roll Hall of Famer underwent extensive rehabilitation to restore his voice. The documentary series “Thank You, Goodnight: The Bon Jovi Story” on Hulu offered fans an intimate look at this difficult journey, showcasing both the vulnerability and determination required to return to peak performance.

The four-year gap between tours represents the longest break in Bon Jovi’s storied career since they burst onto the scene in the 1980s. During this time, the band’s patience and Jon’s dedication to proper recovery have set the stage for what promises to be an emotional and powerful return to live performance.

Legacy and Anticipation

With over 130 million albums sold worldwide, countless arena anthems, and induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Bon Jovi remains one of rock music’s most beloved and successful acts. Hits like “Livin’ on a Prayer,” “You Give Love a Bad Name,” “Wanted Dead or Alive,” and “It’s My Life” have become part of the global rock canon.

The Forever Tour promises to deliver the explosive performances and hit-filled setlists that have made Bon Jovi stadium legends. The Madison Square Garden residency offers fans a more intimate setting to reconnect with the band, while the European stadium shows demonstrate that Bon Jovi’s appeal remains as powerful as ever on a global scale.

For fans who have waited patiently through Jon’s recovery, the Forever Tour represents not just a concert series but a celebration of perseverance, passion, and the unbreakable connection between one of rock’s greatest bands and their devoted audience. As Jon himself noted, these performances embody the “WE” of the Bon Jovi experience—a collective celebration that transcends the stage and unites performers and fans in shared joy and music.
